60-day quality guarantee
From the date of package delivery, you are entitled to a 60-day after-sales guarantee. During this period, if any non-human quality issue arises with the product, we will replace it for you free of charge.
Order cancellation
Cancellation before shipment: Regular orders will be arranged for shipment within 16 hours. If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us via dj007012@gmail.com, or promptly contact us through the customer service information located in the lower right corner of the website. We will handle it for you free of charge.
Cancellation after shipment: Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You may choose to return the unopened items to our designated warehouse, and you will be responsible for the associated return shipping costs. Please send an email to dj007012@gmail.com to obtain the warehouse address.
The package has not been delivered
We primarily use FedEx/UPS for parcel delivery and do not recommend using a post office box address. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the actual delivery address.
Friendly reminder: Sometimes couriers may leave packages at your doorstep. Please check and receive them promptly to avoid any loss.

Detailed rules of return policy
Due to the privacy-related nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns of items that are in their original packaging, with labels intact and unopened, to ensure that each item is in a brand-new condition (this is for the sake of customer health, safety, and experience).
Important notice: Once the product is opened, it is considered used, and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Return process:
1. Application: If you plan to return the product, please submit photos of the unopened packaging to us via email (dj007012@gmail.com) within 60 days of purchase.
2. Confirmation and address: After verifying the status of the package, we will provide the return address.
3. Return: Please return the item to the designated address. The return shipping fee is your responsibility.
